As an ISO certified FRP moulding company in India, we are also an IRIS:2017 & ISO/TS 22163:2017 certified organization that manufactures a wide range of FRP/GRP parts using Controlled Hand Lay-up, Vacuum Infusion, VARTM, Vacuum Bagging with Prepregs, Filament Winding, and Compression Moulding processes.
We specialize in delivering advanced composites India OEM solutions across Metro, Railways, Automotive, Industrial, Defence, Aerospace, and ABC (Architecture, Building & Construction) applications. What we do?

We manufacture Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) components using a wide range of matrices, including Polyester, Vinylester, Phenolic, and Epoxy resins, along with reinforcing fabrics such as Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, Aramid Fiber, and Natural Fiber. Export to General Electric USA Loco Parts | TATA approved MSL Seats for their buses | ARAI approval awarded.

2009

MSL Unit-II for Railway FRP & Window Frames.

2011

JV formation with Stratiforme for Metro business in India.
Achieved IRIS certification for MSL Composites.

2012

Started supply of Seats & Windows to SML | Chennai Metro FRP parts to Alstom.

2013

Started supply to JV Partner Stratiforme of Talent 2 Project of Bombardier.

2014

Started supply to Integral Coach Factory – Chennai of Indian Railways.

2016

Became an approved supplier for Indian Railways | Business award from Alstom for Sydney Metro & Lucknow Metro.

2020

Started Metal Fabrication Business for Indian Railways. | ISO 9001, ISO 3834 & EN 15085 Awarded.

2021

Inception of MSL–AURA MAC to manufacture high precision measurement and control instruments.

2022

Vande Bharat Nose Cone designed for the Indian Railways.

2023

Got the order for 18 rake train sets consisting of 16 coaches per rake for development.
Supply and installation of Vande Bharat train interior like roof, side wall and toilets modules.
Designed front mask, exterior, interior, paneling and interior door pillar for Tren Maya.
Got Pune Metro order for supply of Front Mask exterior and interior.

2024

New facility created for advanced composite business. Supply started.

2025

Secured CAF export projects | Achieved IRIS certification for our new facility.
