Incepted in 1998 with manufacturing of FRP Components for JCBL, today we are amongst the top 3 Composites parts manufacturers in India. We are an IRIS:2017 & ISO/TS 22163:2017 certified company that manufactures a wide range of FRP/GRP Parts, made from Controlled Hand Lay-up, Vacuum Infusion, VARTM, Vacuum Bagging using Prepregs, Filament winding & Compression Moulding process for Metro, Railways, Automotive, Industrial, Defence, Aerospace and ABC (Architecture, Building & Construction) applications. As an end-to-end solution provider, we encompass conceptual design, engineering, prototype development, testing, manufacturing, logistics support, installation and comprehensive after sales service.

What we do?

We manufacture Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) components using different matrices, such as Polyester, Vinylester, Phenolic, and Epoxy resins, as well as various reinforcing fabrics, including Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, Aramid Fiber, Natural Fiber, etc. FRP product manufacturing is carried out through different processes, such as Controlled Hand Lay-up, Vacuum Infusion, VARTM, Vacuum Bagging using Prepregs, Filament Winding, and Compression Molding. The product finish includes Pigmented Gel-coating as well as Painting.

JV formation with Stratiforme for Metro business in India.

2012

Started supply of Seats & Windows to SML | Chennai Metro FRP parts to Alstom.

2013

Started supply to JV Partner Stratiforme of Talent 2 Project of Bombardier.

2014

Started supply to Indian Railways coach manufacturing units.

2016

Became an approved supplier for Indian Railways | Business award from Alstom for Sydney Metro & Lucknow Metro.

2017

Alstom E loco parts supply started.

2018

Inception of JCBL Agri Solutions to manufacture high-quality agricultural implements.

2020

Metal fabrication for Indian Railways | ISO 9001, ISO 3834 & EN 15085 awarded.

2022

Vande Bharat Nose Cone developed for the Indian Railways | Metal Fabrication Business from Escorts Kubota | Started supplying container offices | Metal Fabrication Business from Loram USA.

2023

Got the order for 18 rake Train Sets consisting 16 coaches per rake for development, supply & installation of Vande Bharat train interior like Roof, Side Wall & Toilet Modules |Got Alstom export order front mask exterior, interior panelling and interior door pillar for Tren Maya 42 Train set. Got Pune Metro order for supply of Front Mask exterior and interior.

2024

New facility created for FRP Business. Supply started.
